The congregation met at a special business meeting on December 8th, 2022 to incorporate the proposed bylaws for Renewal church. There was a request for clarification regarding Section 8:
“A Statement on Women in Church Leadership”, the vote was delayed until the Elders could clarify this section of the bylaws.

The Elders made the clarification and sent the updated bylaws to the congregation via email and hard copy for review and to be followed up with another business meeting to vote and incorporate the proposed bylaws.

A special business meeting was held on January 15th, 2023 with 18 of 21 active members present to vote. The result of the vote was 17 in favor of and one abstained from voting. As of January 15, 2023 the bylaws were incorporated for Renewal Church.
